Rum Old Fashioned

Cut an orange twist.

1. Take another large glass to mix your drink.
2. Add orange & chocolate bitters, vanilla syrup, orange peel, and Pedro Ximenez Sherry. Stir gently to combine.
3. Add another cube with 25ml of Rum. Stir for another minute.
4. Add another cube with 25ml of Rum Stir for another minute.
5. Taste. Add more ice (or filtered water) to dilute if necessary.
6. Pour over a glass of ice and garnish with an orange twist placed on top.
