To ensure you can focus on having fun, we take responsibility for the planning and preparation of everything, including the mobile bar, cocktail equipment, glassware, stock, ice & staff. High quality, low risk.
Because we take pride in our event service and products, you will experience bartending at its finest, which usually comes at a cost. To guarantee this level of quality we require a deposit for each guest which is refunded to you after the event. The risk is low for you and the return is beneficial to everyone involved. We hope you understand. (Minimum of 30 guests for our cash bar service)
Minimum spend & deposits
We require a minimum spend of £30 per guest for cash bars. But to secure the event date we only require a deposit of £15 per guest for our standard service*. The deposit is fully refundable if the minimum spend is met. If the £30 per guest minimum spend is not met then all or part of the deposit is used to cover the difference. The remaining balance will then be refunded. (minimum of 30 guests for a cash bar service) *4 hour event located within 25 miles of HP2 7ES . Extra time & travel will affect the minimum spend.
Example 1
30 guests x £15 each = £450 refundable deposit Minimum spend requirement = £900 Money taken on the bar = £1210 Money refunded = £450 Money retained by Three Piece = £0
Example 2
150 guests x £15 each = £2250 refundable deposit Minimum spend requirement= £4500 Money taken on the bar = £4000 Money refunded = £1750 Money retained by Three Piece = £500

Classic Bar Menu
Our classic cash bar menu uses regular quality spirits & mixers, simple cocktails, beer, wine & bubbles.
If you want to celebrate with friends and family but can’t afford the costs up front, then this is the solution for you. We have noticed that some clients cannot always afford the complete bar so a cash bar is the perfect solution to saving some money when planning an event. If your budget doesn’t stretch to a fully-stocked bar service then get your guests to pay for their own drinks. The prices are slightly higher than pre-paid packages, but still far cheaper than any bar or restaurant and taste delicious (of course).
We need to apply for a TEN (Temporary Event Notice) for cash bars, which has to be done at least 10 clear working days before any event. So please be aware that if you do not give us enough notice we will not be able to do your event. It is illegal and we would lose our licence.
Our team of expert bartenders will arrive with all the equipment necessary, including the mobile bar units, and setup in about 2 hour ready to serve cocktails, beer, wine, Prosecco and spirit mixers. Your guests can enjoy the full range of drinks that would usually be available on a real bar. If you are feeling a little generous then you are welcome to put some money behind the bar to get the party going.
