Mashd™ Chai Stormy Martini

Taking the Dark & Stormy into another category, this cocktail recipe enhances the base spirit and simplifies the process of building. To finish, the cinnamon compliments the spices in the Mashd™ Chai and decorates beautifully.

Preparation

Infuse your rum with Mashd™ Chai - 1 to 6 hours depending on taste. (see how here)

Instructions
  1. Shake the rum, lime juice and honey water together, lightly.
  2. Double strain into the glass.
  3. Top gently with Ginger Ale / Beer.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon powder over one edge side.
Ingredients
50ml Mashd™ Chai-infused Dark Rum
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
12.5ml Honey Water
Top with Ginger Ale / Beer
Garnish
