Long Island iced Tea

A summer drink with a perfect mix of Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Rum and Triple Sec! This punchy cocktail is shaken with lemon and sugar and topped with Pepsi Max.

Preparation

1. Make some fresh lemon juice by juicing some lemons.

2. Cut lemon into thin slices.

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients except the cola to a Boston glass & shake with ice.
  2. Fill a glass with cubed ice & add a couple of slices of lemon.
  3. Pour drink into glass & top with Cola.
  4. Garnish with a slice of Lemon.
  5. Enjoy!

50ml Iced Tea Mix (Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Triple Sec)
20ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
Top with Pepsi Max
