Preparation

Slice a strawberry in half ready for the garnish.

Instructions
  1. Shake the ingredients together except the Prosecco
  2. Double strain into a champagne flute
  3. Top with Prosecco
  4. Garnish with half strawberry

12.5ml Toti White Rum
12.5ml Fraise de bois liqueur
12.5ml strawberry syrup
25ml strawberry puree
Topped with Prosecco
