A cocktail inspired by the lives of people in World War 1, served in a jam jar. Taking you back to the days when jam was the ultimate treat, this potent drink is a brave choice to go for.

Preparation

Gently blend your jam with Wray & Nephew Rum, 50/50 measurements.

Instructions
  1. Build on ice, straight into your jam jar.
  2. Fill the glass with alcohol & juices.
  3. Add your boozy jam mix, then churn.
  4. Garnish with orange & more jam to float.

50ml Duppy Share Caribbean Rum
25ml Pineapple Juice
50ml Orange Juice
25ml Lime Juice
1 Bar Spoon of Wray & Nephew Jam
2 Dashes of Angostura bitters
Garnish
Orange Twist & Drizzle of Wray & Nephew Jam
